Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If it looks like the box your item arrived in was damaged, please take pictures of the box and the damaged item inside so that a shipping insurance claim can be filed. 

Please note that refunds will not be given for minor defects such as slightly bent corners, the design being slightly different from the digitally rendered image on the listing, slight peeling/wear of the spine, or minor ink overspray. All books are printed in house, not in a large factory overseas, so some minor defects are to be expected. 

If you would like a full refund for any damage, you must ship your books back to me. If you do not wish to ship your books back, you will only be eligible for a partial refund. 

 

Cancellations

I allow cancellations up until the product has been purchased on my end. Once I have purchased the product or started working on your order you may no longer cancel your order.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
